Hahahaha ...
OK, so I was sitting here, knocking out some code, my alarm goes off. WTF, it's sitting in the garage that's closed, it's not locked[?] We weren't even sure it was one of our cars.
So I look into the garage, yep the alarm is going off on my GT, so I scramble to find the key fob. No luck. I have the extra fob in a drawer right behind my desk, so I find that, and shut it off.
Then, I really look for the fob I've been using, check the backpack we take to workout, not there, it's not in the car, it's nowhere. Then I remember, the last place I saw it was at our workout yesterday. Where I had it in my shorts, the same shorts that are being washed - didn't take long to put 2 and 2 together.
Yep, it went through a full wash cycle, a dry cycle, and was currently in a final spin cycle. We shut down the washer (cherry metallic red LG if you're interested
), and start patting down pockets ... yep, there it is, in a little zippered pocket, pull it out, check it, still locks, unlocks, all functions are fine. I open it, feels 98% dry, I leave it open to air it out a bit, but it seems like it survived :lol:
