I would get the key re-programmed or get a RF blocker bag to put the key in when not in use. The windows coming down would only do it if someone held down the unlock key for a few seconds. They shouldn't be coming down by themselves. Everything you mentioned is an event that happens when a key is actually depressed.

It's OK, I have skinny legs! I have since disabled the remote window feature. Since I usually go several days at a time without driving the Mustang, I think I will start locking the fobs in my safe on those days. Should solve my problems regardless of how they originate. Thanks alot guys.
