Radio problem

My radio suddenly won't change stations. It plays but only on the last station I was listening to. Seems to be the same issue in Sirius XM mode or FM mde. I inadvertently resaved a station & then it stopped. Did I hit something or is there a problem with the radio?

That will work - it's worked for me and others sometimes.

It's kinda like calling Comcast/Xfinity and the person on the other end says to "just unplug your modem or cable and plug it back in, that will fix it"...
