Regardless of the detector brand or how “top of the line” it may be, nothing can beat the Police “instant on”... once you’ve been tagged, you’re done and that detector isn’t worth diddly.

That's why you don't want to be first.also good detectors pick up thecsvatter from the radar instant on ahead of you.

I just got a max360 radar detector, and wanted to ask Ztang owners with detectors:
where did you mount it for the front and rear radar cameras to "See"?
On dash?
On windshield by mirror?
Somewhere between?

I have Valentine 360.just mounted middle of windshield below mirror so it can scan behind me as I'm driving

I have an R1 or R3 I cant remember. Anyways mine is mounted really tucked in behind my mirror. My suction mounts are on my window strip so that the "eye" is just below it. Try to mame it blend in
