Those 19" optionals are growing on me.

I like the optional 19s better than the stock 18s, but they still look like they're sunk inwards a little bit. The performance package staggered rims look absolutely killer IMO. Make the car look so much more aggressive.

The standard 18" rims undersell the car, and are sunk inwards way too much. I saw a post somewhere that Ford did this intentionally to get better airflow around the wheels and get better mileage.

All this talk about the Optional 19" Wheels and then You had to go and Post Pic's of the Eco-Boost Performance Package Wheels in Gunmetal... why don't you just pour some Alcohol and Salt in the Wound while You're at it Opensesame...

My apologies. Heres some eye bleach with the correct color for the wheels.

They do look great on that car. These are only on option on the premium cars correct?

That was definitely a manual (I watched that part of the video probably 30+ times...definitely has the reverse lockout, no button on top) but I don't know why he was shifting into second, unless they changed reverse to left/back instead of forwards.

Reverse is in the same location as the '11-14 manual trans(left and up) but the reverse lockout is now a collar just below the shifter knob that you pull up to allow the trans to be shifted into reverse. Before you would push straight down to disengage the reverse lockout.

If I remember correctly my mk1 Focus had the collar lock out and my GTI uses the push down method. I much prefer the push down method to disengage the reverse lockout.

ahhh to dream, maybe in 2016 these wheels will be available for the EcoBoost PP
Don't keep your hopes up, your best bet is to powder coat these wheels. Hyper silver would stand out better than gun metal shown here.
