Average Pump E85 stands no chance against Q16... Period
They aren't that far off from everything I've seen.

E99/Methanol is better than E85 especially with the cooling they provide. the worse the efficiency of the IC, the more you will gain once you add an efficient W2A/Ice intercooler, Q16 really comes into it's own then, it can make as much if not more than the other fuels. at big hp / boost levels other things start to hinder performance like igniting the fuel etc.

over the years have found E99 to be the best median, performance vs price.

we are fortunate here in Australia our E85 is consistently around 90% and it's mixed with 93-octane instead of 87-octane, that in itself has shown a good increase, we've picked up around a half a tenth.

Yea looking at it that way, if it makes 15-20hp more, dont think it will make a considerable difference, and I would order it so I dont see a big benefit to go C85 then
That's only if you have to order in all your c85/e85. Do you have pump e85 local? I fill my empty c85 barrels with pump. So if i'm not racing soon I don't pay $10/gal just to go out on the town.

found .77-.79 the best at the track for our blown/turbo combo's at the track and .81-.83 on the dyno for outright power, but, as most know that doesn't always mean that will perform best at track/real world etc

My logs are generally .78-.79 until I get into the upper rpm range, and then they're at .76-.77

I would agree.... I did a lot of testing with Q16 and its pretty much amazing.

Although I literally can not stand the smell when pouring it into a tank.
My god, is it some rowdy stuff.

But for 99% of the people on this forum, they will never have a combo pushing the limits of pump E85... let alone justifying something like Q16.

When I was researching this, I found people that had run quicker ET's on E85 but faster mph on Q16.
