Went to the track Sunday for the first time with the new motor. Was expecting to pick up some Ms109. I was told that it is no longer legal to sell it in Ny, and Vp was currently working on an alternative. Anybody else hear this?
Ended up with the only alternative which was a mixture the track makes that is supposedly 96 octane unleaded. I showed no knock when datalogging the runs, but I am sure the oxygen content of the ms109 would have made more power. Of course I had to take 25% out of first and second, 15% out of third to get down the track anyways..:headbonk:
