Hi all, I don't know if I'm just really that bad at using the search function, but the silly thing just keeps spitting out "no results found" no matter how I phrase and re-phrase the search query.

I've a 15' GT Premium non-PP
Have an opportunity to pick up springs/shocks/sways from a PP

What is the exact difference in suspension?
shocks/springs/strut bar/sway bars?
if so, what are the regular spring rates vs pp spring rates, and is the shock valving different? Are the sway bars different diameters?

Sorry if this has already been covered, if you happen to have a link handy I'd greatly appreciate it. (I'll keep searching).

Thanks a bunch

thanks ecoboosted, I read those.
still a bit vague though since those compare the two different performance packs vs comparing base to pp

I had a PP, went regular suspension for the '16. PP is too bouncy for my taste as it comes from the factory. This can be corrected with adding rear shocks. While the stock PP shocks are better than stock regular shocks/struts, I wouldn't keep them forever. However, depending on the deal you get, it may be worth doing. So they are a step up from what you have currently, but aftermarket parts would be better. Loved how the PP cornered, hated the bouncy bouncy over road imperfections.

I'm installing the Ford Racing Street Handling Pack. It is essentially the PP suspension with 5300-x lowering springs. The addition of the lowering springs helps the bounciness.

If I were you, and you're getting a good deal on the PP suspension, I would do it and add the 5300-x lowering springs.

thanks guys. appreciate the input.
I'm really torn now because I love the comfort of my car and don't think I want it any stiffer/bouncier.
