Hey Kelly BMR Tech

Weren't you putting something together for us to check what our angles are at, and what they should be at? Like a quick How-To?!?!?

You dont set the pinion angle on an irs set up its static. I fixed my pinion angle at my trans x member by adding spacers 1/4 inch at all 4 points ..you can also adjust it with aftermarket motor mounts..

Too many issues to do this, and too much time with doing tech. People just simply do not understand driveline working angles for the most part.

I help people out quite a bit though.

On BluBallz, I am running the pinion 1.8 degrees "down" in relation to the engine angle.

My engine angle is at 3.8 degrees "down"

Me pinion flange is at 2.0 degrees "up"

I set it with a combination of shims under just about every mounting point, front and rear. (front K-Member, engine height, trans crossmember, rear IRS cradle)

Just an FYI, my car ended up needing the cradle shimmed down to get the pinion angle within the desired spec. @BMR Tech was a huge help in me getting the car sorted out. 95% of vibration issues are all gone, I'm in the process now of making some cradle shims to get the pinion angle exactly where we want it..
