So my question is going from 736 to 748 revolution per mile will effect traction control...

It shouldn't, you probably change more than that going from old tires to new tires.

Not traction control but it will affect your speedometer and therefore odometer. Not by much though. It's insignificant.

This site is your friend, lol
Yes that the exact site I used but I've never had experience with this before. The shop that mounted my wheels & tires said going from a 305/35/19 to a 295/30/20 might affect the traction control but I was wounding by how much. Thanks guys

Traction control only senses wheel spin and applies rear brake pressure to reduce said wheel spin. The diameter of the tire makes no difference. If anything, by going to a smaller and therefore lighter weight tire, the traction control would need to apply LESS brake pressure to achieve the same amount of wheel spin reduction. As a driver, you would never know the difference.

+1 to that. Traction control wont be affected, at least not any way anyone but the Ford engineer who designed it is going to notice.
