I am considering installing a switched fan on the extra lower trans cooler
Unless you also change the stock thermostat in the transmission, this won't do too much even in traffic where there is little to no air movement over the brick. The fluid doesn't flow through the cooler until it hits 190*, so running a fan before that won't cool the fluid since it's not moving. And it sounds like your day to day traffic temps are in the 190-200* range anyways, which is expected given the thermostat and are perfectly acceptable.

I am running a oem trans cooler and mounted a 2nd cooler upside down with a line going in the oem and the out the oem to the upside down cooler then out the upside down cooler back to the trans.
...
I am currently running a oem down at the bottom of the radiator bulkhead right above the belly pan in front of the A/c cond.
...
I have never overheated mine but I came close several times on the track so I added extra cooling.
Same here. Second OEM cooler down low but between the radiator and condenser.

Lowered my track temp by 15 degrees to 208F typical. I also did this for insurance in extra heat situations.
