I have a 2016 gt & my low side service port is leaking & my refrigerant is low but my compressor still kicks on? No cold air out the vents? Besides a bad temperature actuator how do i not have cold air at the vents even though the compressor is running? I am replacing the schrader valve in the low side port & im gonna fill the refrigerant but im just curious if this system is diff somehow? Every other a/c ive messed with when the refrigerant gets low the compressor wont kick on? Could i possibly have a bad low pressure switch?

Sure. Test it maybe? What happens if you disconnect the switch connector? Also, with the switch connected, does the clutch cycle on/off or is it on all the time?
