Are these needed in performance pack cars? Like even pp2?Steeda's STH kits do waaaay more than stopping wheel hop.
Their real benefit is completely settling the rear end in turns, especially bumpy turns.

Steeda has a 'Stop the Hop Starter Kit' w/o the spherical bearings; very pleased with it.From what I could tell when performing my install, there was still potential for wheel hop on my ’19 Bullitt. If you don’t intend to drive your car hard and do hard takeoffs in 1st gear, then you can certainly bypass this spherical bearing portion of the STH mod. The parts in the STH kit can also be purchased separately. After watching this video, I knew I had to upgrade. I wanted to eliminate all wheel hop if possible to greatly reduce the chance of broken half shafts.
Here are other mods for under $500. Mod #4 works very well with the STH components.
1. Short throw shifter (if your car has the MT-82 trans.)
2. Ford Performance Oil Separator (catch can)
3. Cold Air Intake
4. Differential Bushing kit.
5. Jacking rails
absolutely. The platform is rife with bad choices. The $28k ecoboost and $63k GT350 all SUCK HARD in the same way.Are these needed in performance pack cars? Like even pp2?
