You need to be under the car to get to those easily. Here's a pic with the intercooler off, it's the two big hoses in the picture. You should also check the clamps up top.

power driver (lot's of screws to unbolt the bottom/splitter), ramps or jack stands to lift the front.

Wish I knew about this sooner. I popped the charge pipe a couple days ago. Dealer told me it was loose.

I now keep a 7mm wrench with me in the back at all times.

is this what you guys have been seeing ? this is the pipe going into the intercooler, the hot side was also looking like this.. i got a check engine light thus i took it to the dealership, also weird noises..3rd time they look at it, this time they had to address the issue because of the check engine light. i had to pin point them to the possible issue seen on the picture because they couldnt find anything wrong.

Mine looked like that but didn't appear to be causing any issues. I just loosened it up, positioned it properly, and then tightened the piss out of it.

those rings shouldnt be sticking out like that right? those people at ford think im crazy because the engine bay has been making whiney sound (not turbo sound), but with the check engine light they cant avoid the issue now.

Do you see the thick tab above the three smaller rings? It should be flush against the hose. That's exactly what mine looked like.

Well after couple hard pulls tonight I definitely popped 1 of them off because i just lost all boost and the car sounds like its trying to spool but failing miserably. I tried to find which 1 it was but in the dark it is hard to see but all of mine do not look like they are sitting perfect at connection which means they are all coming loose. Debating whether I should go to dealer for fix or do it myself

Just as update. Went to my friends shop today to put car on lift to check the issue out and found all clamps were loose upper and lower and most of them were not hoses werent seated properly which resulted in lose of boost when boost was building because it was leaking. Everyone check your clamps most likely yours is loose too unless you got your car recently where the dealer tightened them

There was already a message from Ford to the dealers to tighten all the clamps when prepping the car for delivery. Also a message to air down the tires to the recommended settings. Both were ignored by my dealer

I had mentioned loose clamps to my dealer the week before my EB arrived. No one mentioned it again after DP...so I have assumed that they checked it. Now I am not so sure. I guess I need find a local shop to lift it.
