Very cool!
Can't wait to see the updates.
Thank you!
Noticed you're in MA, too. We should set up a cruise or something sometime

GT 350 wheel came in on Wednesday, so I made some time on Thursday to get that installed. Absolutely love it.
Not only does it pair nicely with the Redline boots, but it is so much more comfortable.
It really is a much nicer quality of leather, and the alcantara is great.
If there is any failing of the stock Mustang interior it is the steering wheel. The leather quality is very low, seems like the seats have better leather? Anyways, ordered a GT350 steering wheel and excited to get it. Seems like a low priced upgrade that adds tons of driving pleasure. Just like the MGW shifter.

I agree completely. The stock wheel felt very rough and unrefined. Mine didn't even feel the same all the way around. The bottom half felt nicer. The GT350 wheel feels much better.

I've been absent from here for a little bit, but I have been working on some things for 2016's build. I'm calling this year phase 2. Working on a little something with a company that I won't go too into detail with, but I will say that almost the entire interior will be getting an upgrade now, too. It's an awesome opportunity and I'm pretty excited to be doing it. It'll be a few weeks before everything is completed, but here are a few teaser pics.

Once the interior is back together, I'll be starting on the next portion of everything. That is, finishing up the exterior. Steeda's front facia will be accompanied by Anderson Composite GT350 style fenders. My APR splitter will be joining the new front-end, and the rear will be finally getting the 101Blur spoiler with matching adjuster rods. Since I like to set hard-to-reach goals, I am also planning on a new intake (Boss, maybe?) and headers and some other small things. Time will be my biggest factor here... so hopefully I'll have plenty of good weekends to make this all happen before Summer fades.

Since I'm waiting on the interior work to be finished up, I need something else to occupy my time. Big thanks to Dave@CJPP for helping me do just that! Scott Drake's new mesh-style heat extractors should be here very soon. First thing I'll be doing: stripping them down and painting the trim/mesh gloss black and the assembly bolts Oxford white to match everything else. Looking forward to getting these things and trying them out.

The interior should be done relatively soon, and I'm really excited to see the finished product. Doors, A-pillars and center console are all getting some attention.

First thing I saw was the BroFist. Absolutely great!

I think they'll be a nice, aggressive, touch. Remind me of the ones on VG Jr's RTR. Once I get them, I'll post up some pics. Hopefully help people get a better idea for how they look.

Scott Drake heat extractors arrived today. First impressions, they've got a good weight to them and are not cheap pieces. Good construction, nice satin finish. The plates under the mesh are removable if you want to run a fully open extractor, which I like. Overall impressive pieces. Thanks again to Dave@CJPP

However, since there is nothing satin on my car, I couldn't leave them alone. So, broke them down and got them ready for paint. Trim rings and mesh are now in gloss black, with Oxford assembly bolts.

And the finished product:

Looks awesome!! Mine should be here tomorrow. The satin black will match my wheels so that is great. I will probably media blast the bolts and screens and either clear the raw metal look or paint them gunmetal.

You'll be happy with them- they're nice pieces. Gunmetal would look great.

Thanks Dave! They should be going on tomorrow- can't wait to see how they look. I will definitely be bugging you for stuff in the future.

Got home late last night and the first thing I did was get the vents installed. Super happy with how they look. I was originally going to run them without the backing plates, but having the inside of the hood showing through kind of killed the look.
Anyway, I absolutely love how they turned out! Pics:
