I'm not taking anything away from the 5.0.Well, the 5.0 isn't all that slow as you make it look. They don't come with a CAI, X-pipe, 2.75 exhuast and free flowing mufflers from factory. I ran my buddies 2015 GT with CAI, cats deleted with full exhaust and tune by Shaun@AED. I barely had him a car and he was starting to reel me in at the top of my 4th gear. That was from 1st and 2nd gear roll. That car should be in the neighborhood of 430whp.
what octane? this car loves timing. but dyno feels the difference between 91 / 93 and juiced 93 plus. Obviously e85 is a different level. I could see running 91 a bolt on 5.0 being much closer, especially with a good tune and I think everyone agrees AED is great.Well, the 5.0 isn't all that slow as you make it look. wouldn't be hard, er wait wut, oh shit.My dick has a flatter curve than all of yours. I fixed it with a twin boobs blower. You should have heard her scream when she was wound up. Unfortunately at the top of the curve, I sprung a leak and the pull was over before it was finished. Boy if I had a nickel every time...
2015 Full bolt on coyote with headers and e85 will kill the stock gt350. Something was def wrong with that coyote. There is a few videos online of full bolt on coyotes killing stock Gt350s. Also Shaun's 5.0 tunes are no joke.are you sure you were actually driving it like you should.? because when i was stock i destroyed a full bolt on (e85, cat delete, intake, ARH headers and exhaust) 5.0 . our gearing and high rev are just nasty up top. if only our cars weighed less like around 2-300 lbs lighter we'd have a nasty n/a monster.
Except for who he quoted lolWho gives a flying tomato! No one has argued that a modified coyote motor will outperform a stock voodoo motor. Lol
That's the only video I've found of a coyote trying to race a GT350. I'd like to see others. I'm not sure the GT350 was even racing. The front end never jumps up. He either wasn't racing or has no clue what gear he needs to be in. All the comments on that video seem to agree that he wasn't racing.2015 Full bolt on coyote with headers and e85 will kill the stock gt350. Something was def wrong with that coyote. Here's one:
I could solve this conundrum by racing my buddies 2016 auto with Lund e85 tune and exhaust. Then racing my other friends stock 2016 manual car.. then again I'm not that sure I'm worried about it either way. That's the only video I've found of a coyote trying to race a GT350. But inquiring minds would like to know!I could solve this conundrum by racing my buddies 2016 auto with Lund e85 tune and exhaust. Then racing my other friends stock 2016 manual car.. then again I'm not that sure I'm worried about it either way.
Please see post #50Who gives a flying tomato! No one has argued that a modified coyote motor will outperform a stock voodoo motor. Lol
Should give it a try but then again that's an auto that's not full bolt on and has a Lund email tune. Full bolt on and a good e85 tune is where they are complete beasts.I could solve this conundrum by racing my buddies 2016 auto with Lund e85 tune and exhaust.
