Your kit has the following issues:
-Inlet does not fit properly
Actually it does, I personally have installed them, no issues.
As have a couple HUNDRED other people.
Good news, after getting 5-7 complains FROM THIS BOARD.
We changed it, to make it a little easier.
-Inlet collapses under 9+psi of boost
Was just at a Dyno night, with (2) ProCharger powered cars.
Both had the stock "old" inlet, running 12+psi, Lund tunes, etc
NO COLLAPSE at all.
-Your stock tune still bucks like all custom tunes do, we know it's only 1% of people you talk to, but 9 out of 10 procharger owners I spoke to all exhibit this issue with various tunes, boost levels etc.
YOU, keep saying that. However dealers and customers have been very happy. Maybe you have that 1% luck, however at this point we have not had any reason to change anything.
-Your stock BPV does not support airflow from pulley combos that produce more than 12psi
Anyone that rates a BPV in "Boost" is doing it wrong. LOL.
They support CFM flow limits.
Our unit supports our stock systems, AND beyond it, up to 700HP.
-The 1% portion of the driving range that exhibits this issue in your opinion is much larger, and removes a lot of fun from the car as this portion is partial boost/throttle.
I drive one of our cars weekly, I have no idea what your talking about.
As do any of the other customers, or the people that use the cars as Demos.
What we have learned is the following:
-Replacing the poorly fitting silicone pieces of the kit with hard plastic remedy some surging issues, and completely resolve the inlet collapsing issue
-People should be ordering the bullet valve at minimal when ordering stage 2 kits or going over 12psi.
-All custom tunes should be disabling the IMRC or users should be installing the stock coyote intake manifold or boss manifold to avoid this issue.
Without kidding, I am willing to bet there are 6-10 installs going on PER DAY, that do not do anything that you are talking about above.
Heck we have done PLENTY here, and never have done any of that.
At the end of the day, there are truck loads of these systems out there.
Stock, not Stock, fast and wicked fast.... everyone is VERY happy with the system.
Dealers wouldn't sell it if they had that many problems with it.
Please stop harassing us at this point.
