And mine starts on 16 July.
Mine is being shipped from Utah to Beefcake on July 6th so I will found out shortly as well. Just hoping that everything goes well. I confident that IF there is any issues Beef/Lund will make sure I leave happy. I will also update everyone one the final product.

I have my 52lb injectors that came with the kit I'm willing to send you if the Procharger tech could help you with the tune.

Lund is not going to send a tune file.. lol

They just won't do that.
As stated, after reading these threads the last thing we care about is someone else's tune. (We have seen plenty, including Lunds many times over)

We don't "need" anyones tune.
Ours make killer power, on super safe timing, with all controls left in place.
And considering the amount of kits shipping daily with no drivability issues.
We don't have any plans on changing our tunes what so ever.

Just was offering to help a guy out, to have a second set of eyes look at whats in his car. But hey, no worries either way.

:cheers::headbang::thumbsup:

Picked the car up today. Shop said that they were able to get a hold of everything from Ford that relates to the IMRC system for the 15. Found everything has proper vacuum and voltage when activated and deactivated. However, when the vent line is hooked up to the intake and solenoids are plugged in, the IMRC closes when it hits 3k RPMS or boost. He said it doesn't make sense as he would think that the boost would force them open, not closed, the way they are designed. The only way to get them to stay open is to unplug both solenoids to the IMRC and keep the vent line unplugged from intake.

They were able to stick a camera down into the manifold to see the valves and everything looked good. The only thing they can think of is that the computer isn’t commanding the IMRC to open. Also, mentioned I could take the intake manifold off just to get a look at the IMRC valves from a different angle to make sure there isn’t anything that looks out of place.

As of now, it looks like the kit is pending sale to a forum member. I just wanted to update this thread in case anyone ever had an issue with their IMRC. Good luck to all with the Procharger kits. They do sound BA and make some damn good power. If you are having any doubts in the kit, just look around. Sam @ coastal is making great power with his, Boostworks is making over 700… and damn… Process is making over 800…

Solenoid could be malfunctioning as well. Could have cracked one when you had that blow off you had. Goodluck either way.

Sorry man, you're going to love the Whipple after all your imrc headaches. I just got off a Mustang dyno and with the best Lund tune I've got I put down 608rwhp and 489 torque at 11.9 psi. Ran a new revision but my subsequent runs all dropped power and torque. Not sure why. Maybe I should have fuse 62 pulled anytime I dyno? Is that a good idea to do?

At 12psi basically I'm feeling like I ought to be reaching into the 700 range, but I'm a long ways off.

What size pulley? I would think you would be in the 650rwhp range @ 12 psi. Not every dyno reads the same.

I'm running a 5" crank pulley and an 8" dedicated 8-rib stage 2 pulley. Mustang dyno read it between 11.4 and 11.9 psi on all 5 pulls I did today. I had a mechanical boost gauge that read it on another days pulls with this tune peaking in the 11psi range at peak, about 7200-7400 rpm.

Dyno to dyno comparison, with 100 octane in the tank, my 93 tune made 587 / 470 at 11.4 psi on a Mustang Dyno today, and 612 / 489 on a dynojet with everything the same.

Best run on the Mustang Dyno today was 608 / 489 on a Race revision with just a touch more timing. I had a Race V2 with even a little more timing, but it made less power. I'm wondering if heat soak was an issue.

At 12 psi, what are you making?

Is this with a ProCharger canned tune or custom tune?

Lund remote tuning, D1SC Stage 2 kit with ID1000 injectors and JMS FuelMax.

It looks like, if I believe what I read, I could have gone with a Stage 2 kit from ProCharger with a canned tune and made more power and torque, even after multiple revisions. I don't get it. The car makes boost, and runs well. It just seems like something's off here. Lund has been good about emails today though, now that he's back. He even sent me some stuff while I was on the dyno again today without an appointment, which was really cool of him.

I'm just confused by guys putting down so much bigger numbers on similar setups. I've heard running more than 11-12 psi is bad for the stock motor. I'm not running torco or 100 24/7 and don't have access to E85. I'm running my car on a mix of 93 from QT and 100 Octane Mobil 1 gas to see if i can get past some of these power hurdles about a 98 octane unleaded mix.

I'm really curious what everyone else's tunes are like to get them to 650 / 700 range and into the 525-550 torque range, and what octane they're doing to get there.

Apparently a canned stage 2 doors a little better than I am on two dynos with 91 pump gas and near perfect driveability.

PS - you know that feeling when the wife gets the credit card statement with your Procharger kit on it? Yeah, that feeling.

Just saying.

All the big dogs 700+ rwhp are using hp tuners Don't know if that's a coincidence.
