Im still having a issue at partial throttle. Nothing like the first tune but it's definitely not perfect. Congrats on the 9 second pass Process.

So can they be tuned in an open condition?

This isn't a Procharger specific thing. Anyone who uses turbo or centri should be having the same problem unless it's the tune.

Yes, they can be turned on. The map points are the cam angle reference point values at various load and rpm etc conditions where the imrc is open/closed. I set all of the points to reference open, car immediately died.

So I set them back to stock settings and the car drove fine, could definitely tell the imrc's were constantly open. I still had my bucking issues at around 0 Vacuum though and sometimes when it bucked I could hear my BPV venting. I'm still running the little stock procharger valve.

So I checked my logs, and Desired and Actual throttle angle matched in most places, so doesn't look like a TB tuning issue. What was telling was this:

When the bucking happened, Throttle angle started to close, air load decreased, timing decreased, pedal condition went from part to closed, maf period increased (indicates less air flow).

So I think I'm getting some sort of MAF back wash or issues at the bypass valve.

Moral of this story is, I don't think the stock procharger valve is enough for 15psi, and I should buy a Tial Q or a Procharger Big Red.

I guess I should start a gofundme.

Reading this makes me quite concerned, as Im going with a Lund Tune and P1SC kit as well. I have ordered the larger Red valve, but I dunno. Ive never dealt with Lund, but Im thinking about going with another tuner and getting a refund for it reading about these driveability issues. Id rather spend the money on a tuner in person that I can go to down the road rather than dealing with logs over email and waiting.

I had lund tune My car Stage 2 D1sc with the red race valve. I have the same surging problem at 2k-2500rpm Im pretty sure it has something to do with the Red Race Valve. I have sent him logs and he says "He sees alot of maf noise like Bypass surge". Im gonna continue using him Im pretty sure he knows what he is talking about.

Wasnt there someone on here that had the stock valve and it was causing drive-ability issues as well?

this isnt rpm dependent, this is essentially when vacuum and boost meet.

I think Phil though is something different. He isn't getting his boost to the intake valve it would seem.

Surging could be because of the MAF placement. Anyone with a Vortech or Hellion chime in with any of the same behavior.

Back in my 3 valve days some people had to run a MAFia because they were pegging their mafs. What is the stock one rated to on these?
