Well, tuner says it has to be a mechanical issue as the same tune configuration just worked on another car.
That doesn't mean squat with these 2015's.
You can have the same tune run different on (3) different cars in a row.

It took a good while, to get it dialed in to be acceptable across the different calibrations. And even then, the tuning companies are still doing updates as we speak to the software platforms.

ProCharger literally has a BUNCH of systems out there. Heck in the first month or two alone, it was crazy how many systems were sold to the point we ran flat out of intercooler cores. SO, with that being said this platform is really going to show what shops can tune, and which can't. (Just like the LT-1 for the Corvette, threw some big name shops for a loop for a few months)

In the end, everyone will get it figured out.
Until then, if a person as a stock car (or cat back) they are more then welcome to get our full systems, that people have been very happy with the current tuning, and power levels. (just got another email of over 600rwhp with low low low boost, on 91)

I hope your right! The kit is so simple to install leads us to believe all in the tune.

I'm going to say your problem is in the install.

Are you running a catch can or breathers ?

I'm looking in my tune now and I can't see anything that's changed that would affect this. Sorry :(

I am starting to wonder if the data log is just not picking up the IMRCs. I was just out driving the car and felt pretty stout. Although, p2006 and p2007 did come up while crusing, but that was when I was just doing normal driving, under 3k rpms. The light comes on when the car surges. I am brining it to a shop this weekend. Hopefully will be putting it on the dyno to get boost and HP numbers.

Under the IMRC PID, I see no change in the numbers throughout the log. They stay at 1.17 the entire time.

Not running either, just have the rubber lines routed like procharger has in the instructions. They all tie in together and go to intake tube(filter pipe).

Dropped the car off at a local performance shop this AM to see if they can figure anything out with the car. They are going to look the car over and put it on the dyno to see what its making for HP and boost. Hopefully they will find something that I didn't see.

Update

Spoke to the shop that is trying to figure out what is wrong with my car. They looked over the entire install and could not find anything out of place or messed up.

They also put the car on the dyno and it made a blistering 450HP. Boost is around 9lbs untill about 6500RPMS and then it shoots up to 13lbs by 6800 RPMs(I am guessing IMRC is restricting it). They drove the car around for a while and said that you can feel when the car is about to throw the codes (p2006, p2007) during normal driving.

Tomorrow they are going to pull the TB off and put an inspection camera down into the manifold to look at the baffles. I am lost in the sauce on this one, not sure what the heck the deal with this thing is.

Should have bought the whipple kit, it removes the IMRC. :frusty:

You are literally the only person having this issue.

Heck "Process" on here just ran a 9's second time with his car (and a stick)
Still rocking the IMRC's like everyone else with a ProCharger.

Either your tuner, changed something he didn't realize, our your car has something broken. (which might not even be related to the blower, cars do break parts stock)

Can't blame the ProCharger for:
- A bad custom tune
- A install issue
- A possible OEM part failure

Your making the boost (well more then most actually)
But LOW LOW on the HP.

The issue will be found, and you will be rocking 600+ HP like everyone else :)

We'll be fair though, the IMRC's are wreaking havoc on my partial throttle driving. This is a throttle angle and map point issue in the tune though, and probably somewhat partly due to me running a smaller bypass.

There is no doubt that the car will make great power when this issue is squared away. It is obviously just frustrating when the tuner tells you its not the tune and the performance shop says they don't see any issues with the install. Hopefully they find something not functioning correctly. And yes, it looks like my car is the only car that is having this issue. Which makes it even more frustrating! I want 600+HP too. LOL!
