Your "oil pressure low" message is a tune issue. We went through the same issue when we started tuning these. Let Lund know about it, and they'll fix it.. Your pressure is fine.

I don't know about you but the silicone inlet procharger provider me for my blower was way too small. It is a piece they source from a vendor and quality control must've been non existent when that piece got into my kit, my inlet elbow was slightly smaller than the blower, so it wasn't going to fit. I had to go make my own.

I also was sent the wrong belt for my kit.
I had the same problem, but keep in mind the kit comes with 2 elbows, 1 for the blower air intake and I for the intake in the motor. I had the elbows swapped as one is slightly larger than the other. (Outer diameter is the same but not the inner diameter). Swapped the elbows and problem solved.

I'm almost finished with my Stage 2 install. Procharger, you can fire your hose department. For the amount of money I spent on this kit, I've wasted way to much time fighting hoses, and running back and forth to the hardware store. The supercharger inlet hose is to small. The discharge hose from the supercharger required a ridiculous amount of trimming and is still jammed in to fit. The discharge hose from the intercooler was cut to short and I'm missing the drain hose from the head unit.

I ended up going the same avenue as Process. I bought a 3.75" elbow for SC inlet and was able to make it work. Procharger never sent me a drain line either. I called and they sent me one out.

Yes!!! That rubber elbow that comes off the supercharger to bypass pipe was a huge PITA. I cut the first one too short and had to order another one. I trimmed a little at a time off and now It fits pretty well, no kinks. 5.0 Steve actually did it for me as I was losing my mind rigging it up.

Still have to figure out why the car keeps tossing the p2006 and p2007 code(imrc stuck closed). I think that makes the most sense as to why my car feels like its being held back/choked out during WOT. Hopefully its a tuning issue.

Ahhh... kit isn't bad. If I could do it all over again I would not get the race bypass valve, i would use the one that the kit comes with. I would also only do stage 1 kit with D1 and upgraded intercooler.

I've had 7 cars with forced induction this is called working the bugs out. This kit is pretty simple everything is positioned correctly and it has the best air intake location imo. My only complaint is the wrong size coupler that's included for the air intake off the supercharger. So that being said most of it comes down to tuning. This is the hot setup for 15's

Yes and not only that but Procharger always steps up and gets their customers taken care of. I am coming from the Corvette world where Procharger is really the norm over there and the customer service has been outstanding.

If you didn't see it there is a full weight, stock motor, stock trans (auto) S550 running 9.50s now on a Procharger D1SC.

Edit. He is running a Vortech. My bad.

It happened this weekend. As soon as the owner gets back home I am sure we will see it cause it's a sponsor's shop car.

If I did it over I'd do the race bypass. As he standard bypass isn't up to snuff at 15psi
