It's a new platform...This is the kit i wanted to go with, but after seeing all these problems i am not sure:headbonk:.
Agreed. We with Procharger should be posting pics and how we install our kits to prevent issues and help others. I will be posting up once my car gets here. It's a new platform...
Phil, Did you find the problem yet? Has Lund responded with a tuning fix?
Why would you do stage 1 and not stage 2?Ahhh... kit isn't bad. If I could do it all over again I would not get the race bypass valve, i would use the one that the kit comes with. I would also only do stage 1 kit with D1 and upgraded intercooler.
I really didn't need the stage 2 kit for the boost level I am running at, and it is just one less step to do when installing the kit if you go with stage 1. Just have to remove crank bolt to install new crank pulley with stage 2 kit. It would have been easier with another set of hands. Did the old screwdriver trick in the inspection plate area to prevent the crank from spinning when removing bolt(automatic) and the screwdriver kept falling out.Why would you do stage 1 and not stage 2?

Ahh that sucks. Yea because I'm going to be ordering the procharger or Vortech v3 soon. If I go with procharger I'll go with the D-1SC and stage 2 intercooler. I guess if I'm planning on keeping it at the 550-650 whp range the extra 200 bucks for the stage 2 dedicated belt is a waste right? Or just get the vortech v3 for cheaper that comes with an intercooler the size of prochargers stage 2 intercooler... Decisions decisions lol.I really didn't need the stage 2 kit for the boost level I am running at, and it is just one less step to do when installing the kit if you go with stage 1.
