I have a 2015 Mustang GT with HO kit on it.

My belt squeaks very badly, never stops and its brutally annoying. Told my Tuner and he said it should not squeak at all and to check if its maybe loose.

It feels tight to me, but had a friend over who is a mechanic and he said the belt was looser then it should be. So we followed the instructions in ProCharger manual. Pulled back the OEM Tensioner and he rotated the allen nut on ProCharger tensioner clock wise.

The issue is the allen key just spins and spins but the belt does not seem to get any tighter. When I let the OEM tensioner back down the slack in belt was not changed at all. He mentioned that maybe the ProCharger tensioner was stripped out and the allen key was spinning but not moving anything. Is this possible or maybe are we just not doing the right process.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Last person I saw with this issue I believe their pulley was on backwards.

Sounds like someone may have stripped your bolt out when tensioning it.
Not a worry though, We can get you handled ASAP.
