Are the brackets identical? I can't remember.
I almost wonder if the person assembling the intercooler didn't "measure twice and cut once" when he went to weld in the tubes for those bolt threads.

I wouldn't have a problem with just 3 bolts for the time being. You could always drill out the bracket a bit..

Use the 3 bolts for now, it will be MORE then secure.
As for the 90, make sure you are using the correct one, in the correct place.
One is slightly larger then the other.
If you have a newer kit, the one going on the blower is dull, not shiny

Yeah that's the one I'm using. It's also alot more rigid than the othersUse the 3 bolts for now, it will be MORE then secure.
