That is exactly where they want it. Lined up with the first of the 3 marks.

I have it installed... Just waiting on the tune. I guess Procharger has no one around on the weekend!! I actually tried to start it for just a moment without the tune and it starts but quickly bogs down at idle, I'm guessing its due to the extra pulley added to the crank.

As for the directions, they are step by step but it definitely leaves quite a bit for you to figure out yourself. For example it will say to remove a certain thing but not tell you to remove the 3 things in front of it! Waiting for the tune sucks, I'm excited to get this thing running!!

Looking good! Procharger is one of the routes I am thinking of going as well. How tight was everything going in? I just did the sound tube delete and getting to the firewall was NOT fun at all.

Check the belt deflection (slack) and compare it to your oem serpentine belt. Make sure your procharger belt is just as tight (or a bit tighter) as the oem belt otherwise your belt will shred. I learned this the hard way....

PS - triple check all your hose clamps to make sure all are tight as well, vacuum leaks are the enemy....

I'm pretty sure the manual that I had said use the first timing mark. I verified mine with another ProCharger car and his was at the first of the three marks where yours is at the second. Like others said, just make sure it isn't too tight. That first timing mark worked perfectly for my car FYI.

My rule of thumb....

Keep your eye on the tensioner marks as you are turning the screw....
Tighten it until you see the body stop rotating with each turn...
Basically that is the point you have taken all the "stretch" out of the belt.

Then after about 500 miles, re-tension.... to remove any of the break in stretch!
