Does anyone else have the issue of the PC head unit leaking oil from the full up screw/cap? I swapped out the o ring and plastic gasket that comes with it, but it's still leaking. I saw somewhere about some breathers or relief valves, anyone do this?
I just don't want to blow the seals because of too much pressure building inside or something.

Uploaded this pic from my phone.

From my research, a small amount of pressure an build up inside the head unit and cause oil to "sweat" out of the seals. I've read about a few people needing to get their head unit rebuilt after awhile, but for the most part it seems to just be an annoyance.

Personally I bought one of these for my upcoming procharged GT:

Is it necessary? No. Will it help? Maybe. For $50 I think it's worth it though.

I'll give that a shot abl395.

Zo6 I already changed them out with the ones provided in there. It's been doing it since day 1. I hadn't seen anyone else talk/complain about it so I just wanted to know if it was normal.

Thats normal...

Your talking ULTRA thin oil, spining in a gearbox at up to 60,000+ rpm :)
That fine vapor mist will make its way around.

But good news, you have 6 full ounces on board.
No way in heavens will you ever go through even 1 ounce like that. :)
(The image you posted is about what it looks like from 1 or 2 drops, when it thins out and migrates)

I can show you photos of almost every blower under the sun doing the same thing with some miles on them. PD's, Screws, Us, Brand V, Brand P, even OEM. ;)

I call it "sweat from all the HP" :)
