Will be interesting to see how the HEPR does. It’s mileage is slightly more than mine.
That, my friend, is a one of one. Not really apples to apples IMHO.

Unless you want to sell the Pete Brock special to me… in that case, it’s just another one of 280. (j/k)

I appreciate it. Haha. I’m not really sure how the masses would look at mine as it is modified. Guess it doesn’t matter as it won’t be seeing any auctions as long as I am around. Still it is interesting to watch the values on these cars. Think a lot of us may have to rethink how we insure these cars. I figured they would have some collectibility to them, but I just didn’t see it happening this quickly (less than two years). First car I’ve ever owned that didn’t depreciate in value. About to make my final payment on the car this month. So now the bank won’t own it anymore either. Haha

I have a track weekend at Road America coming up in April. If things keep heading north this could be the last track even my for mine. Which kinda sucks. These values are a bit of a doubled edged sword. Makes me feel brilliant as I finally bought a car that didn’t loose money right off the bat…. But as they continue to skyrocket it gives me trepidation about how much I can/should drive the car.
I racked-up 6000 miles in my HEP R in first year of ownership. What to do? As of late I find myself looking for a 4 seat 2012 or 2013 Boss 302 with the thought of using that as my “summer daily” and save the R for special days.
This course of action may be problematic as I did promise my wife only 1 “fun” car at a time. However, have seen how unappreciated 2 seat Boss 302’s have been going for on BaT it has me thinking I should be able to find a moderately driven non-Laguna Seca in the low 30’s or perhaps high 20’s?
IDK… or just F it a drive the R.

I have a dedicated track car (Spec Boxster) that I track/club race. I would advice you to get a relatively inexpensive track car since I have seen many things go wrong on a track and therefore I would never risk my HEP R to possibly share a track with some "red mist" untalented driver..... just my 2C

Just did a search on Autotrader at any distance for GT350Rs. All years, all colors. It showed 38. 8 of those weren't even Rs. So 30 cars in the entire country for sale there. I know there are other venues, but this should give a pretty good idea of how hard it is to find a combo you like and one that you feel has been taken care of.

Narrow it down to 2020 only and there are 3. This one stands out as potentially being a good deal. Wasn't someone looking for a RR no stripe car?

So being I put the car away last November with a full tank of gas….. it’s worth even more now with fuel price skyrocketing, right?

I agree. Looks like he's got a Heritage R right next to it in the garage.

No tech, no options but the cover. Kinda like that concept ;)
