Market was much different in 2022. This is the best result from a non hertiage R we have had in a while.

It’s hard for some to understand(for whatever reason)that there are those that buy cars like this because they truly like them for what they are and it’s rarely ever about the money on one side or the other. That particular seller of that R has some very nice cars, including a base 18R. He also stated the only reason he was selling was to make room for his Gtd allocation.

I remember reading a story about an elderly gentlemen who had one of the original 1960 Shelby's. He had tracked the car and drove it all over the place. It was not in mint condition and had all kinds of little scars, but he loved that car.

Same. Picked up my 19 R beginning of July and have put 2k miles on it already. Love the car too much to let it sit. And soon it will be winter
