Premium (91-93) before tune, and after tune. Ford's published HP specs are using premium fuel, and the curve in all of the dynos show that it's worth the extra few cents a gallon.

I noticed a difference in my 2012 when I switched over, and haven't used anything else in my 2016 since I've owned it.

Tried both, never noticed a difference so why spend the extra $$?

I run 87 because I'm a cheap SOB and that is all that is required. Being the cheap SOB that I am I bought the S550 because of its looks and the fact that it is a very nice, value priced performance car.

If I bought an expensive, high performance car that required 93 only then would I run it.

Expensive? My Mustang costs less than probably every 4wd crew cab truck on the road.
But more than every Civic, Corolla, Camry, Accord, and many other vanilla cars.

¯\_(ツ)_/¯ run what you want I was just stating my opinion. I run 93 in my Corvette where it's needed (12.3:1 SCR), but the mustang is just the daily driver.

That's the whole point of a forum and threads like these. Opinions. Of course people will run what they want. It's their car. But everybody should feel free to share their opinion.

With that said, expensive is a relative term. I believe most people would deem even a new Civic as expensive. I don't know about you, but I don't just have 20-25k dollars sitting in my pocket waiting to be spent. It must be nice.

93. More power that way.

Also if using less than 93 the knock sensors have to first detect knock from the engine and then adjust accordingly for the lower octane. If you plan on keeping your car forever that likely means a tiny bit more wear on the engine over time.

87 octane top tier (usually Mobil) gas for my GT.

Runs just fine.

Running top tier is the most important fuel choice you can make.

87-93 on the coyote isn't going to make a hill of beans difference in engine wear or longevity.

I chose to save the $.60 per gallon (the difference is higher than it has ever been) or $500+/year by running 87 octane.

What is your definition of Premium vs Regular? Here it can very between vendors - Casey's "Regular" is 87 octane and their "Premium" is 89. Sams Club - 89/91, Murphy's 89/93...if you are referring to Octane rating you need to put the number in your poll not just "regular or premium". I run 91 or 93 just out of habit, had a tuned '12 SHO prior to the Mustang that needed 93.
Do you know someone who uses Murphy's in a GT?
