Why does this appear? I noticed that it happens after I accelerate quickly and dynamically change gears (1,2,3,4,5,) when reaching 6800 - 7000 rpm. By stopping the vehicle and locking it, after 5 minutes the error disappears.

What drive mode are you in?

Has your car always done this?

I would dare a guess that pre-collision assist sensor (whatever it is) has some issues. Never saw this on mine.

The problem is not in the sensor, because besides it the message is: Unable to select driving mode, unable to activate exhaust flaps.

Has the car been modified?

In this first thread, the same symptoms presented. The car had an aftermarket intake air box and a tune. Once removed, the alerts stopped.

https://www.mustang6g.com/forums/threads/pre-collision-assist-not-available-message.175415/

Second thread, same alerts. The second car, also modified. Post #3 highlights a specific code and alarm when those events happened.

https://www.mustang6g.com/forums/th...e-electronic-throttle-body-malfuction.182833/

"This is the code ( What the P2119 code means. This code indicates that the throttle valve is not in the position the PCM (Powertrain Control Module) expects it to be in. )" @Wickedluis, did you ever resolve your issue?

It reads that Pre-Collision Assist can be disabled via the steering wheel menus, but when the car re-starts, the feature will reset and re-enable.

I did find multiple Ford recalls related to the pre-collision avoidance feature, including the Mustang. But I could not find one related to your symptoms. The recalls I found involved the feature not working (software), cameras or sensors.

Maybe the new thread will give the topic a bump and get some more feedback.

I see you are in Bulgaria.

Is yours a regular, run of the mill, Mustang made for export market or it's an imported one?

I ask because, as you may know, many of the stitched together Mustangs here Europe comes from Lithuania, Bulgaria...
And your problem can range from something easy to diagnose to quite impossible, if it's a stitched one.

My mustang in USA made for the European market. I have a Rausch supercharger and Kooks headers installed

That‘s cool for sure but I’d say those mods pretty much put you in the “all bets are off” category.

Mine needed software or firmware updates. I had to take it to a Ford dealer 2x.
I think it was because they were trying to be cheap and just did certain updates the first time. Then the second time they did more updates and that seems to have fixed all the problems.
I bought a used 2022 Mach 1 with 580 miles on it with the handling package.
Saturday Rich guys airplane hanger and I don’t think it had any updates.
When I started to really get into the accelerator, that’s when I started having a lot of error messages, going into limp mode, etc. etc.

I don't know if the update should be Ford's or Roush's. I will ask this week.
