I'm definitely going for the Slimline 3 Characters (291mm x 100mm)' for the front plate.
But I'm still undecided about the rear plate, either 291mm x 100mm or 291mm x 134mm.
Any suggestions?

I'm undecided too. I'm only going with a standard personalized plate but am torn between slimline front and rear which I've had on other vehicles or slimline front and standard rear.

I've decided to go slim front and square rear and ordered these;

I'm hoping the square rear will fit well.

I saw a Beemer this morning with Flexi plates mounted flush on the car.
I dont see any screw or bracket holding it.
I see that on PPQ site, we are instructed to drill holes to screw them on.
Can we actually (legally) just glue them on?

I've decided to go for the slim-line plates, black characters on white background. Pretty happy with that as that style matches my other FPV.

I managed to get "6G PONY" for 6th Generation.

I have personalised euro style plates which I will put back on the mustang. They black V plates design should match the colour scheme of the car but it might be difficult to fix on the car. Technically the 'sto n sho' would not be legal in Victoria but I don't want holes unnecessarily drilled in the front bumper.

RSPEC-015 Your plate "6G PONY" Does that cost $400 every year to keep?

$440 per year I think.

I must admit I got a shock when I saw that but most of the personalised plates are around that mark per year.

I was pretty keen on that plate though; I tried for 50 PONY but someone has that already!

If in the future I decide to sell the plate will go with the car.

Thanks for the info RSPEC-015 .I like the plate.It will be a standout on your car. With a plate like that you would have to leave it on full time,even at shows and events.No need to worry about STO&SHOW etc.
