So I got a pair of 18x8.5 apex vs-5rs for the front, which appear to be intended for Tesla. The bolt pattern and offset is correct for Mustang but the hub hole is undersized. I bored it to size (don’t try this at home) and paired them with some continental 255/45r18 tires. On the scale this combo is 42.4 lb, which is a 21.6 lb per wheel reduction as compared to my current 64 lb wheels. They’re just a few lb heavier than your typical 18 or 19” front skinny setup, so I’m pretty happy with that.

Great look, Mike. Do you recall the offsets? My Google searching says +23 in the front but I'd like to be sure.

Rears are 18x11, +52.
Fronts are 18x8.5, +23.

Good eye, but I did add some 1/8” spacers in the front. Here’s a better pic.

Thanks Mike. Compliments again on piecing together a unique combo.
