No suprise to see this, sadly. I had a badly leaking PP shock at only 8k miles.Yep, I have 2 rear PP shocks that blew out, not sure how this happened. I am curious if anyone has any insite on this but my main reason for this post is do I go back with PP shocks?, FP Track or STEEDA Pro Action. I’m a GT and the shocks and struts are used given to me off my buddy’s PP car, also I’m on BMR 763 minimum springs. I’m leaning towards the FP Track or STEEDA because now I’m concerned about having an issue with the struts. Thanks.
How did I know that would be your suggestion,I would strongly recommend the FRPP track dampers with your springs.
They're great dampers, and pair well with many springs. I can think of at least 3 folks on this forum who have the same springs with them and love it.How did I know that would be your suggestion,
After sleeping on it and reading more posts about the comparison I’m gonna pull the trigger tomorrow. Probably do it through AutoNation.
Thanks.
Well, since FP Bumpstops are simply stock stops with the rears cut - he should be good to go.Make sure to trim those bumpstops per BMR's recommendations!
