  1. Steeda axle back installed today on my 2018 non-active exhaust GT

Yea Iā€™m gonna have to put the stock resonator back on. The h pipe makes it too loud lol.
  2. Steeda Axle-Back Exhaust

I have the Steeda axle back and h pipe. Love the tone but this combo is too loud for me. Itā€™s kinda embarrassing when I go above 3k rpm lol. Iā€™m thinking about swapping the stock suitcase resonator back on.
  3. Need to quiet down my car

I currently have the Steeda H-pipe and aggressive axle back on my ā€˜19. Love the tone but itā€™s starting to get too loud and raspy for me. Whatā€™s the benefit of the FP Borla resonator over the stock resonator? Also would it even fit on my cut/clamped exhaust? Description says itā€™s only for Borla...
  4. Leak - can someone please help identify?

Seems like it evaporated but left behind a hardened dark patch that has a crack down the middle. And yea should have just touched it, good point lol.
  5. Leak - can someone please help identify?

Appreciate the input. Yes, the dark patch is approximately where my rear wheels sit so maybe could be a differential leak. I'm also wondering if it's an exhaust leak at my midpipe. I just did a resonator delete (with clamps) less than 1,000 miles ago. This spot appeared yesterday when I turned...
  6. Leak - can someone please help identify?

Thanks for the reply! Unfortunately I have no car jacks so I will probably just take it to the dealer to check. Hopefully it's not an oil leak... I changed the oil only 1,500 miles ago so I'd imagine the color would be more amber/brown instead of jet black? Also my oil pressure hasn't gone lower...
  7. Leak - can someone please help identify?

Hi all, I pulled out of the garage this morning and noticed a small black puddle on the floor. Not sure where this may be coming from but I park my car with the tail at the garage door, so maybe itā€™s the transmission or torsen? I assume an engine oil leak would be near the front of the car? I...
  8. Anyone done axlebacks other than Borla with Borla resonator?

Interesting, Iā€™d have thought the AWE touring axle back to be relatively tame. If thatā€™s the case Iā€™m fine with my setup. The volume is fine inside the cabin with the windows up and there is only a tiny bit of drone when in sixth gear at 1k-1.3k rpm. Even with the windows down itā€™s fine until I...
  9. Anyone done axlebacks other than Borla with Borla resonator?

Good idea. Hope they make an AWE touring axle back for the 2018+ models. The steeda h-pipe and axle back cost me just over $500 on Black Friday but all the other cat backs for ā€˜18+ are well over $1k. I know you get what you pay for but still hard for me to bite the bullet. Is there a reason...
  10. Anyone done axlebacks other than Borla with Borla resonator?

I might have to do this as well... currently have the Steeda h-pipe and axle-back which sounds great but is very loud (obnoxiously loud according to my gf).
  11. Steeda 18-19 Axle Back Exhaust - Amazing

I actually got the Steeda H-pipe and axle back installed on my 2019 Mustang GT over the weekend. Gotta say itā€™s pretty awesome. Canā€™t notice any drone except when lugging engine in sixth which I try not to do anyway. It is hella loud though. Cold starts are a bit obnoxious tbh and getting on the...
  12. Steeda 18-19 Axle Back Exhaust - Amazing

Hey man did you ever get a chance to look into this?
  13. Steeda 18-19 Axle Back Exhaust - Amazing

Thanks for the reply man. Which RPMs do you usually experience drone with this combo? Just a tad worried since I daily drive my Mustang haha.
  14. Steeda 18-19 Axle Back Exhaust - Amazing

Do you experience any drone at all with the h pipe and axle back combo? Wondering about your long term impression since it seems you added the h pipe half a year ago?
  15. BMR Performance vs. Handling Springs

I want the FRPP dampers and SP083 so bad, but canā€™t be spending that money right now...
  16. 2018/19 5.0 Throttle body replacement 18B34

Hmm wonder if I have this issue. I have a 2019 Mustang GT 6MT with blend date of 8/1/18. A couple weeks ago I was going in neutral downhill (on a private crappy road with bumps and potholes so didnā€™t want to keep working the clutch) at about 10mph and shifted to first when the wrench light came...
  17. New tsb for engine knock

The 2k rattle was what got me a shortblock replacement and then my replacement Mustang under lemon law. Too bad my new 2019 Mustang seems to have issues with the clutch...
  18. Clutch Pedal Feels Different at 800 miles

Today the clutch pedal does feel a bit firmer than yesterday. I checked the clutch line at brake master cylinder and saw that it was loose as shown in this thread. I gently pushed the hose back onto the stem of the master cylinder. Afterwards my clutch felt a little better but the firmness came...
  19. Clutch Pedal Feels Different at 800 miles

Just checked and the spring is still there seated in the perch, nudged it with my fingers and there is no play at all. Maybe Iā€™m imagining it but seems like the clutch pedal is getting firmer. Scheduled an appointment for this Monday at the dealership.
