Haha, moderation is key. Ever have Kuminost cheese? If not, try to find it, maybe at a farmer's market or specialty food/cheese shop.A single caraway seed ruins the flavor of everything.
It's like a gouda type with caraway. It is heaven!
When my baba was teaching me to cook, she always would say "when it comes to caraway, a little will do. If you think it's the right amount, cut it in half."
Her philosophy with dill was the polar opposite - more is better!
