Loaded baked potato casserole. Of course it has potatoes chicken bacon scallions and ranch dressing as a coating for the potatoes and the chicken before being baked in the oven. Topped with cheese and more bacon.

Bought something new for the kitchen :

Got grumbled at due to it matching the car and not the kitchen … :giggle:

Joking aside they are actually really good and I’ve wanted another for a while. We’ve had the blue one for 10+ years and it’s still as new. Non slip heatproof mat for ovenware / hot pans and great for going between cereal bowl and tray when the youngest wants breakfast in the lounge :like:

Doneness of the burgers?
edit - love the fries, I'm jealous!
Always medium rare to medium. More in the medium rare side. It’s just so satisfying to make your own killer burgers instead of ordering out.

The first Chocolate Gravy & home made biscuits was 30 years ago my MIL had for breakfast . My mom born raised Mississippi wouldn't fix it guess she didn't like it. I usually have it for breakfast every once and awhile in the winter . I can't do home made biscuits so have to settle with canned or frozen biscuits. also good on pancakes along with grits ,bacon or sausage and scrambled eggs. I made it this morning with low calorie sweetener .

Yesterday afternoon's project was a big slab of baby back ribs. Fantastic as usual, with some fresh slaw on the side.

The smaller chunk is beef tenderloin to test out a new beef rub, which will become tacos tomorrow night.

Did a copy cat recipe for the Cracker Barrel hashed brown casserole to go with my New York.
Came out fantastic. If you like potatoes and cheese this is for you.
