How long were you running LTHs before the issue arose?

FYI, the upstream o2 sensors each have different part numbers. Just wondering if they could have gotten mixed up during the install? Does your driver’s side upstream o2 sensor require the use of an extension harness?

I just replaced both o2 sensors in my 2019 Bullitt, along with a new driver’s side extension harness. I tried using off brand sensors at first and they didn’t work. Car ran like crap and went into limp home mode. OEM sensors were required to get the car back up and running properly.

Roughly 1000 miles. Did the install myself so I can verify they did not get switched. I thought it was the passenger side that took the extension? It’s been a while since I did it so I could be mistaken.

Mine is the driver’s side with Ultimate Headers LTHs. Some brands could require them on the passenger side though.
