I want to black out my emblems, pony, and gt sign. Is this something u would take to a pro to do or is it something u can do by yourself? I have never used plasti dip

I literally just came back in the house after finishing my front emblem. I did the back one yesterday. Easy as pie.

I just did mine in white. Kinda messed up one of the "5.0's" but I'll fix it soon.

Comes right off when its laid on thick.

OP, make sure you apply several coats to everything you dip. The thicker it is, the easier it is to remove. Also keep ambient temperature in mind... it takes a little longer to dry to a point when you can handle the parts painted when you are in a cold environment. Outside of that, dipping emblems and small parts is one of the easiest visual mods you can do. Post some picks of your work!

OK thanks everyone I think I'm going to give it a shot next weekend! I'm going to start out with the 5.0 emblems then try the front pony and back gt sign.
