That's different RRE is great for Evos but I wouldn't bring my EB motor there. It could be reputable but can it pin the crank correctly? How about the cams? When it blows in less than a year will they take care of it for you? Or better yet burning oil like no tomorrow?
Do the Ecoboost engines have trouble with spinning the crank pulley? I've only rarely heard of non supercharged cars needing to be pinned, and so far never on the Ecoboost mustangs.

There no more the standard key or pin that time and hold cam and crank timing.
So now Ford only uses bolt, clamping force to hold it, and yes there can be issue with it loosening.

Like others have mentioned, IF you can find a qualified, competent machinist / engine builder, it is probable you will end up with a better end product than what you may get with a turnkey longblock.

However, you will more than likely spend more money, and it will take longer, assuming you can find a shop that knows how to machine, measure and assemble things THE RIGHT WAY.

If you do decide to go that route I highly recommend visiting the shop in person and getting some solid credentials.
