    I can't see the video but did you ever get this sorted out? When the dash lights dim the lights on the headlight control and steering wheel controls in my 2015 EB PP flicker. If I put the dimmer to full bright I don't have this issue but anything dimmer, including full dim causes the flickering.

    I would say it's something in the headunit or with a connection to the headunit since even the parking assist lines are affected. I would recommend disconnecting the battery for a few minutes then see if that fixes it. If not then it's dealer time.

    Are you looking for PSI? Since it's a bigger turbo more air is being moved with less PSI compared to the stock turbo so it's not going to be a linear change.
