Picked her up last weekend!

My wife gifted this to me as a Christmas gift. She is actually encouraging me to get back into track events and driving! Originally, we had one on order that was due in by 2/15, but I found this car in Dallas, and instead of waiting, drove up to pick her up. It made for FUN drive home the next morning!

It's a 2015 GT, PP, Recaro Redline, 1401A, Nav, etc.

The drive home was great as I took a lot of back roads to avoid the long, same-speed trip home. Taking back roads allowed me to easily vary speeds and get a chance to check out the handling. ;)

Thanks to WestWay Ford in Irving (near Dallas). I can't say enough good things about this dealership. They were ultra professional and thorough. If you're in Dallas/Ft Worth, PM me and I'll give you some names.

They're black with red stitching I believe. I know they're black, but can't remember if the stitching was red like the dash or if I'm imagining that.

Yeah. I was slightly bummed but really don't care much.
I got this car to drive and track. It's not a show queen although I think it's beautiful.

I have also found that the state DPS in Texas uses the lack of a plate to pull you over if they have no other cause. It annoyed me on previous cars so it will be nice to not have that issue.

Thanks guys. I picked it up. Drove it back to Houston, and am having to leave it in the garage for 8 days while doing some work/travel etc. I'm homesick!!!
