I will have a new Mustang on order as of Monday. This will be a dual purpose street (90%) and track car. I have run Performance Friction BBK on previous vehicles and like their system a lot. I have a pair of Z-54 front calipers which were part of the PFC BBK back when it was offered before they were discontinued. I don't have the PFC rotors or caliper mounting brackets.
Does anyone know where I can find a caliper mounting bracket for the Z-54 caliper onto the upright for Mustang with Brembo brake system as well as PFC front rotors (V3 version is the nicest). Thanks

Congratulations on joining the Mustang fraternity. And good luck finding much of any information on PFC products. I am completely amazed by the lack of interest in PFC components for these cars.
If you do find out anything, please share.
There was a group buy a while back for V3 front and rear rotors. Optimum Performance was handling that.
Check out this thread.

Thanks for the greeting. Coming over from the M3 world. I spoke to Performance Friction last week (their plant in my state in SC), they have huge OEM demand but unfortunately are focusing only on BMW and Porsche for aftermarket.
I guess that group buy for the V3 rotors is evidence for the lack of interest. It's unfortunate, because if you are a track junkie there's nothing more durable or higher quality than PFC (my opinion of course) but I've seen Alcon, Baer, AP racing all of which are very good, but there's a reason Porsche motorsports went with PFC after some crazy "can you beat this" selection criteria.
Anyway, thanks for the note.

Fellow former M3 track junkie here. Heavily worked over e46, a basically stock e90 DCT M3 and full Dinan hardware complement 6sp e90 M3. All had PFC street (PFZ) and track (PF-01) pads with PFC rotors. Had a couple of very fast, very old, 2002s, also. The nice thing about using both street and track pads from PFC was the compatibility when switching.

Yes! And their V3 rotor system is literally a 3 minute rotor change once it's off the car. I think Girodisc makes some S550 replacements. You try any of those?

I haven't been to the track in a decade. Older and poorer these days. Still have stock rotors in front, but might go with some lightweight Baers at some point. They are not full floating, though.
I read some of your posts from M3 Forum. I was on there for several years. Mainly complaining about DCT problems. There are quite a few M3 converts on this forum.
Jealous that Randy Pobst helped you set up your car. Here he is in an M3 sandwich at Sears Point.

Randy is such an awesome guy. Got out first session and he says, "too soft!" Come in, adjust more rebound and a bit more compression, go out again, "better but not good enough." After 3rd time in and out, finally he says, "I like it" and then proceeds to drive the wheels off my car. I run one more session after he tells me to drive it to see how I like it and it's like a different car. Then drive 3 hours home, take my tires off and the fronts are corded, down through 2 of the 5 steel plies. Crazy, but man can he drive. Every lap is a qualifying lap!
