Take a look at the Seattle area Ford dealers. One has a base Ecoboost at $19,794 and another at $20,995.

Is there anyone else that has gone from non PP to PP, or vice versa?

I will be modding the car, and while it would be nice to avoid the initial depreciation hit, I also feel like I may end up paying more in the long term for all of the option included in the PP.

Those with non PP cars, what do you feel is missing/regret vs a PP car
If your going to mod the car just buy the base one. It will save you money in the long run and the things that you do get with the preformance pack you can buy off of eBay. Only reason I jump from my base ecoboost to a premium ecoboost with preformance pack is cause I got 0% interest through ford. Otherwise I would still have my base ecoboost. Get the base ecoboost and spend some more money on mods

26k otd for base Eb with PP is a really good deal. I'd get that or try to get a premium model

If the car is going to be a daily driver, I'd recommend you find a Ecoboost Premium w/o PP, the interior amenities of the premium are going to make a bigger difference in day to day situations than the PP.

Also, you can add on most of the PP stuff yourself later for less than $2k, including a set of PP summer wheels and tires to rotate between seasons.
