PCV System

Remove the passenger PCV line:



Remove the line going to this port behind the throttle body and install supplied cap:



Run supplied hose from valve cover vent around front of vehicle:



Install supplied line for driver's side valve cover vent:



Both lines will tie into the T on the air inlet:



Disconnect IMRC vacuum line at rear of engine bay near firewall:



It runs from the firewall to the front of the motor. Pull the line from the motor completely. Pictured here:



Splice a T into the driver's side valve cover vent line that was previously run:



Connect hose from T to the IMRC vacuum port at the rear of the engine:

Coolant Reservoir

Install supplied brass fittings to reservoir:



And install:





Time to tidy up the vacuum manifold a bit. I trimmed some lines and oriented the manifold to look nicer:



Reinstalled the foam covering on the factory manifold:

Spark Plugs

Remove valve cover panel:



Unclip red clip and depress black clip to remove coil-on-plug (COP):





Remove COP:



Remove factory spark plug:





I then reinstalled the NGK 6510 spark plugs, which were gapped to .035"

Tuning

The first thing you should do is to update your Diablo InTune tuner:





Follow directions for downloading your factory tune to be sent to Procharger. They will send you the canned tune back within 24 hours.

Time to install the Procharger supplied (canned) tune:

Install Complete!!

I took a quick video of the initial startup upon install completion:

Please disregard all the movement. I was trying to put the phone down so that I could assess everything (my fist supercharger install) but couldn't find a good spot so I ended up just carrying it around.

I will upload a better idle video with the hood open and closed for reference possibly tomorrow and also plan to do a full review of the system.

Very nice! Was shying away from the Procharger with all the issues with tune and such, but since I wanted just the regular H.O. kit on a stock Mustang, without any loss of drivability and IMRC issues, I will take a second look and keep considering it!
