From 15-17 the performance pack had 2 levels I'm not familiar with what features were added to each. Starting in 2018 there was only one performance pack and it featured all the options of both levels of performance packs from previous years.

Not sure if this is correct. There we’re two different PP’s but one was for GT and the other for EB. At least that was true when I bought my 15’ EB.

From 2015-2017 there was only one Performance Pack.

In 2018-2020 there was a Performance Pack 2 and well as the original.

i just called a ford dealer and had them re -print the window sticker. they emailed it straight to me took about 2 minutes

You have to have dealership level access to get that printout. The general public can not access that info anymore. It probably comes from the same web page as before, just the public was locked out. If it does, it only goes back 3 years, so the op will be out of luck because the car in question is a 15.

Ah I don't know 100% for sure on the 18-20 I do know there is only 1 performance pack option for 21 and it adds $6500 to the price. I did not purchase that option I just couldn't justify the price for how I use the vehicle. I know I can upgrade the suspension with the pack from Ford racing that comes with the sway bars, shocks, struts and springs for $1100.

The vin will not indicate if it has the performance pack. Look for 6 piston calipers with a brembo label on the front brakes. Also look for the 2 extra gauges above the radio between the A/C vents, non PP cars just have 3 vents. The only way to know for sure is look at the window sticker for the car in question. Also in 2015 the PP only came with a six speed manual, the automatic was not available until 17 on PP cars.

The 50th edition came with performance pack and a 6r80.
