10/11 is hardly worth quibbling over really. Sure 11/11 is better but has it's own costs and tradeoffs. Short of track-rat 10/11 is just fine. 10/10 is probably preferable, very easy to come by and inexpensive. 10.5/10.5 or 10.5/11 can also be done without much hassle.

For what it's worth, if you're tracking as in Buttonwillow, Chuckwalla, and Willow Springs, it's a better idea to set aside a set of rims, tires, and brake pads just for that duty. If you daily this and need to get to work, supposing you have a bad day and go off the track, especially at Willow, you've got a pretty good chance at killing a tire or bending a rim. Having a set of track rims, you laugh it off, swap your daily rims on, and fix the tire/rim whenever you get the money/time to. That, and tracking 20" tires has you looking at $500ish, compared to 18"s which is $300ish per. With the Performance Pack Brembos, you can eventually build up the skill where you can take the rim off, and pull the pad with the caliper still bolted up, so swapping pads is something you can do at the track, or the night before. Setting your car up for drag is a totally different suspension than tracking, so not saying you can't do both, but it's really difficult to do both with one car, at least on a budget, and anybody who tells you otherwise is either lying or sucks.
