As for the thread topic;

I just turned 39 and I’ve had my 19GT for four months now. Mostly guys have commented on it but several women have too. My current girlfriend is 32 and she likes it. She doesn’t understand my neurotic tendencies with it though (why do you care if it rains on it etc). She also doesn’t like when I go WOT without a heads up letting her know I’m about to. Every once in awhile I’ll look over and catch her cracking a smile though. But she definitely prefers when I’m driving my FX4.

My ex-gf is 28 and she loved it. She’s more understanding of the car scene.

When I had my Fox Bodies and SN95’s I was in my teens and early 20’s. I was out of the game for awhile and decided that when I got back into it I was going to buy a brand new GT.

I'm in my very late 30s and have only ever had sports cars (see signature). When I bought my '18 GT last month, the first thing one of my buddies said was "mid life crisis". My wife has also made the same joke a time or two. I have to remind them that I've always only had sports cars since I was 16, and this is just continuing that lineage. Not that I care, because I know better, it's not a mid life crisis, it's a bad a$$ car with a lot of power and looks amazing going fast or slow.

Somehow I mostly see older men in GT350, Corvette, SRT Hellcat, Cadillac V series, Chevy SS Sedan around my area. Usually a mix of all ages/genders in Mustang GT and young men in Dodge 392 variants/Camaro SS

Women buy things because they are vane, they act & do things constantly for attention. Since they day women start school they are into pageantry from an early age. Most adult males, don't give a phuk what other's think... about what they are driving. Most sheltered women project too much, without having context of sport or entertainment.

I could give two turds of what someone think's about what I drive (let-alone a passerbye), nor do I care what anyone else drives... so long as they drive it fast, or out of my way.

I am 66. I don't care what women or anyone think about what I drive. I also have a 2013 Flex and 2017 F150. If they need maintenance, I let the garage take care of it. My Mustang is my fun machine, and I do everything on it. Right now, I am putting a new driveshaft in it. When I get the 2019, it will get shop repairs only until the warranty is gone, or my health is gone.

Honestly, I have plenty of women comment on my car as well, heck for that matter a pretty wide range of demographics. Also, the Mustang doesn't seem as stereotyped into the men-in-a-middle-age-crisis nearly as much as some other [I won't mention] rides.

Nah I bought my Corvette at 32 and my Mustang at 42.
