Any alternatives to oil catch cans?

If no which catch cans are the best for the passengers side?

Also I can't seem to find any for the drivers side? Why do one side of the V and not the other?

the passenger side is the one that pulls into the intake. the driver side pulls fresh air from the intake tube into the crankcase (which is clean, metered air) to counteract the suction from the passenger side. if you clean the air on the passenger side you are good.

the problem with catch cans, which I used to run and recommend, are that they do not get all the oil and the intake and valves still get coated anyways. I either leave the PCV system stock or I remove it completely and run open filters to passively vent it (don't run a driver side filter AND the intake manifold suction on the passenger side or you will be pulling in unmetered air and screw up your fuel trims.

either leave it stock or go all the way, IMO. of course, lots of people will disagree, these are the people who either bought a catch can or sell them.

So just doing the passengers side will be benefitial and a partial cure? But don't do both sides of the engine with catch cans?

I want to delete the whole system and catch most the oil and blow it onto the road out the bottom of the car,

I want to reduce the oil getting through and wonder if there's any other options other than the two I've thought of

tubes hanging down to the road are called draft tubes and that's what they used decades ago when cars were, like, invented.

do not do that for many reasons, one being they can actually allow dirt to get into your engine, not from the crankcase sucking it up, but because the tube itself will develop a vacuum from the passing air/road surface. very bad idea.

you want to allow the pressure to escape but not the oil and gas and crap that develops. take at least a little care of the earth, bro, there are no redo's....

also, if you eliminate the PCV you need to make sure the oil gets hot enough to evaporate the moisture that develops in the crankcase since nothing will be actively sucking it out. some say you need 212 degree oil temps to do that but it doesn't have to be quite that high. I would say 180 is a good oil temp to hit each time you drive it. you will also want to change your oil much more frequently.

I would just run a catch can on the passenger side OP and not eliminate it unless your boosting the car. Plenty of catch cans are available.. I have an SR catch can and I just had to cut the passenger side pcv line and put the small catch can in the middle of the line and I empty it when I change the oil.

The pcv system is good for the motor so you want to keep it in place unless you absolutely have to delete it. As stated by higgs, the drivers side draws air into the crankcase so you only need one for the passenger side

Our system works with the factory PCV with the check valve so it keeps a tighter vacuum seal in the motor. Our chamber design catches a ton of oil along with moisture.

Is your 4 chamber system (long catch can) the best out of your range?
