Ya models with no drive modes definitely benefit from a tune even if not tuning for e. This is due to the trans tuning.

Non drive mode cars are basically the same as drive mode cars left in normal. TBH this mode is only used until the car is warmed up. I cannot imagine having to drive in that on a regular basis.

Many tuners will keep non drive modes cars docile until you shift to sport and this will be your aggressive mode. Would just need to discuss needs with your chosen tuner.

So I need to make sure to find a company that will work with no mode cars.

Any will work with them. But some may turn up non sport mode too if you don't ask them not to.
