Hey guys, forgive me if this has been asked somewhere before... I searched and haven't found anything specific to my issue.

Just had a remote TVS tune from Palm Beach Dyno done... since I flashed it to the car, I've had a CEL for P0315. I know from past experience that this means I need to perform a crank relearn. The PBD nGauges do have the functionality, so I tried performing a relearn several times over the past couple of days but the nGauge just endlessly tells me to rev to 4400rpm and won't complete the relearn. Yesterday, I was up to 13 revs and it still wouldn't complete. No errors on screen, just keeps telling me to rev then return to idle. Way back when I N/A, I had a tune from another company and also had to perform a crank relearn... With the X4, it was one rev to 4500 and done. Each time I've tried with the nGauge, the ECT was above 180F AC/Defrost and all accessories are off. I don't get it?

I've emailed PBD asking for advice over the weekend, but haven't heard back yet. Anyone had this issue before? Any thoughts?

I haven’t had this drama...
I assume you’re on the latest firmware update?

Whatever came with the nGauge right from PBD.. only ordered everything a couple of weeks ago. On startup it says FW 299.

This has worked for some.

1. Return to the factory tune.
2. Do the crank relearn.
3. Load the PBD tune.
4. Delete codes if any.
Supposedly the crank relearn will only work with factory rev limits.

299 is the current version, no joy there.
Hopefully Rob has some ideas.

Yep, hopefully will hear something back soon. On the plus side, the car drives fine. Just the annoying CEL :)
Also going to try flashing back to the stock file Rob sent me and attempt the relearn again, as suggested above. I don't think there's any way of flashing the Roush tune back.
